Woodstock SRIN(44) – South Street Sidewalk

The Town of Woodstock will be accepting sealed bids for the Woodstock SRIN(44) Sidewalk Project at the office of the Town of Woodstock at 31 The Green #2, Woodstock, VT 05091 until 10:00 AM local time on Monday May 8, 2017, at which time all bids will be opened. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for the project on Wednesday April 26 at 10:00 AM at the Office of the Town of Woodstock, 31 The Green, #2 Woodstock, VT 05091. All questions should be submitted in writing to Rita Seto, Municipal Project Manager, [email protected]. All questions must be received by April 28, 2017.
Work to be performed under this project includes construction of new curb and bituminous concrete sidewalk, bulbouts, concrete sidewalk curb ramps, drainage enhancements, crosswalk markings, colorized and imprinted surfacing, and other associated items.

Please call in advance.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner in the amount of 5% of the bid price. A bid bond may be used in lieu of a certified check. Bidders are reminded that “Federal Wage Rates – Davis Bacon Act” applies to the work.
This contract is subject to the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) policy concerning Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and pre-qualification. No bid will be accepted without a signed statement of intent to comply with these ordinances and a filled-out Pre-Qualification of Construction Contractors Application.
