1999 Industrial Site Feasibility Study

In October, 1997, the Chelsea Planning Commission was awarded a Municipal Planning Grant from the Department of Housing and Community Affairs. These funds were used to undertake a feasibility study if selected properties or areas in town which might be suitable for industrial use. The report is available for download below.
