The 2017 TRORC Regional Plan Updates and the TRORC Regional Energy Implementation Plan are headed for adoption at the June 28, 2017 Annual Board Meeting in Woodstock, Vermont. Updates in the Regional Plan include the Definitions, Energy, History and Development, and Working Landscape chapters. Two new chapters are being introduced, Healthy Communities and an Implementation Matrix. In addition to these updates, you will see the Plan has been given a total redesign for more readability to members of our communities.
The Regional Energy Implementation Plan and its appendices are also set for adoption at the June meeting. This Plan will also be incorporated into the Energy chapter in the Regional Plan. Once adopted, TRORC will send the Energy Implementation Plan to the Department of Public Service (DPS) in July to meet the Standards for Enhanced Energy Planning outlined by DPS as part of Act 174. This Plan includes Town level data and maps for our 30 member Towns, which can be located on their respective Town Pages.
