Parcel & Zoning Data

TRORC maintains specialized regional and town data. Town data, which includes tax parcel boundaries, zoning boundaries, flood plains, utilities and facilities, trails, etc. And regional data that includes erosion studies, trails, etc. Parcel data for towns that have made data available can be downloaded from VCGI.

Other town data are available free of charge for the ESRI shapefile or GeoDB format; conversion to other formats incurs a labor charge. Requests can be emailed to Pete Fellows. Data can be sent via email, but larger datasets may require a CD and a handling charge. For other town data, please contact Pete Fellows.
