Public Transportation

Transit is provided by several different organizations in the Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Region. Advance Transit located in White River Junction offers a system-wide free fare service on its fixed routes in Norwich, Hartford, Lebanon and Hanover areas. Connecticut River Transit (CRT) located in Springfield offers commuter routes, between town/in-town routes, and seasonal routes. CRT offers a commuter route from Bellows Falls to the Upper Valley area.

The Region is also served by two Inter-city buses Greyhound in White River Junction and Dartmouth Coach in Hanover and Amtrak train service. Supplementing the transit network are many State and Municipal Park and Ride facilities and commuter carpool opportunities. Air transportation is provided by the nearby Lebanon Municipal Airport in New Hampshire.

Another significant piece is transportation provided by human service providers. TRORC works with the Northern Orange/Windsor Elderly and Disabled Transportation Partners Committee that strives to coordinate E&D transportation services.
