The Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission will soon submit a request for funding from the EPA for a 2019 Brownfields Assessment Grant.
The TRORC application will target Randolph, Hartford, and Bradford to address existing Brownfields in core built areas. In working with VTDEC, GMEDC, Twin Pines Housing Trust, and a variety of other partners, we will work to identify sites that, in particular, have reuse potential and community interest in re-purposing properties for housing, commercial, or public uses.
