Required Agricultural Practices (RAPs) Proposed Rule: Public Hearings

Five public hearings will be held on the newly released Required Agricultural Practices (RAPs) Proposed Rule. All meetings are 12:30pm – 3:30pm.

June 21, 2016: St. Albans Historical Museum, 9 Church Street, St. Albans

June 22, 2016: Brandon American Legion, 590 Franklin St, Brandon

June 23, 2016: Vermont Law School, Chase Center, 164 Chelsea St, South Royalton

June 28, 2016: Newport American Legion, 160 Freeman Street, Newport

June 29, 2016: Brattleboro American Legion, 32 Linden Street, Brattleboro

A public comment period on the Proposed Rule will be open until July 7, 2016. For more information and for a copy of the rule, please visit the Agency’s website on the RAP.
