TRORC is proud to announce, that the region has been awarded over $51,000 in municipal planning grants. This money will go towards a wide variety of projects ranging from municipal plan updates, village masterplanning, capital budgeting and infrastructure planning. Town of Norwich–Master Plan for Mixed Use District

The Town of Norwich will develop a master plan and implementation program for the area south and east of Norwich Village, incorporating open space, commercial and mixed-uses, and affordable/workforce housing opportunities.

Town of Rochester–Capital Budget and Plan

The Town of Rochester will create a Capital Budget and Program in response to recommendations made in the Town Plan.

Town of Royalton–Municipal Plan Update

The Town of Royalton will update the Town Plan to align with state and regional planning goals and to accommodate changes made necessary by the possible adoption of Unified Bylaws.

Town of Sharon–Municipal Plan Update
