The Regional Plan covers all lands within the towns of Barnard, Bethel, Bradford, Braintree, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Chelsea, Corinth, Fairlee, Granville, Hancock, Hartford, Hartland, Newbury, Norwich, Pittsfield, Plymouth, Pomfret, Randolph, Rochester, Royalton, Sharon, Stockbridge, Strafford, Thetford, Topsham, Tunbridge, Vershire, West Fairlee, and Woodstock.
The draft plan has undergone major edits, except the Land Use and Homes in the Region chapters, which will be revised starting in 2025. The draft plan consists of the following 14 chapters, plus appendices and maps. The Regional Plan report, which details how the draft Regional Plan contains the elements of a regional plan as laid out in 24 VSA § 4348a, can be found here.
