TRORC Staff will be hosting several different presentations/workshops this spring that focus on Vermont’s Community Revitalization Programs.  The State of Vermont has a number of programs that are aimed at revitalizing and sustaining our communities’ villages and downtowns, including Downtown and Village Designations, Growth Centers and the newest addition to the program – the Neighborhood Development Areas.

Learn how to Access the Benefits

In May and June, we will be working with the White River Valley Chamber of Commerce, Randolph Area Community Development Corp and the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce to host two breakfast sessions that will provide attendees with information on how they can access the tax credit benefits offered by Vermont’s Designation Programs.

Look for more information on when these benefit presentations will take place on or your local chamber’s web site.
