Come and join us for a discussion about Vermont’s forests and those who dwell in them. Kim Royer, Special Assistant to the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department Commissioner and Bobcat Expert will discuss significant changes to Vermont’s forests over the last two to three centuries and the effect those alterations have had on our native wildlife populations. She will focus on species such as beaver, otter, bobcat, fisher, wolf, and coyote and will bring skins and skulls to demonstrate various differences between the species. Discussion will be indoors, with light refreshments.
