Notice is hereby given by the Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission of a Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing comments regarding Town Plan approvals and Planning Effort Confirmation for Barnard and Newbury pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Sections 4350. The Hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. on May 22nd at the Thompson Senior Center, Conference Room 2nd floor, 99 Senior Lane, Woodstock, VT.
Immediately following the Public Hearing, TRORC will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of taking comments on requests for a Determination of Energy Compliance pursuant to 24 V.S.A., Section 4352 for the Barnard Town Plan and the Newbury Town Plan.
The Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission has proposed that Town of Barnard and the Town of Newbury have met the requirements of Town Plan approval, confirmation and enhanced energy planning requirements and shall issue a Determination of Energy Compliance to each Town.
