Our natural resources (rivers, lakes, streams, forests, wildlife, etc.) are an important part of what makes Vermont’s communities unique.  These resources contribute to our towns by providing opportunities for outdoor recreation, solitude and as an economic stimulator.

Join the staff of the Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission in an evening workshop and discussion that focuses on how we can use land use planning as a tool to sustain and enhance our natural resources so that they may remain an essential and useful part of our communities for generations to come.

Guests will be guided through the natural resource planning tools that are offered through the Municipal Plan, Subdivision and Zoning regulations.  Guests will have the opportunity to discuss the obstacles and opportunities these tools present in our towns.

This workshop will take place on Wednesday, November 13th at 7:00pm at the Bethel Town Hall.  Refreshments will be provided.  To RSVP, contact Chris Sargent at [email protected] or at 802-457-3188 ext 12.
