On Thursday November 16th, the Vermont Natural Resources Board hosted a free virtual training session on Act 250, the state’s landmark development review law. NRB representatives outlined the Act 250 review process, gave tips for getting ARPA-funded projects through that process in time to meet important federal deadlines, and answered questions from town officials and other attendees.
