Notice is hereby given by the Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission of a Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing comments regarding issuance of a Determination of Energy Compliance for the Braintree Town Plan pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Section 4352. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., at the Thompson Senior Center, Woodstock Vermont.
The Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission has deemed that the Town of Braintree has met the enhance energy planning requirements and shall issue a Determination of Energy Compliance.
