Annual Meeting
Thanks to the collaborative effort ten pilot homes are being built and sited in non-profit owned parks around Vermont as part of a pilot project that grew out of a nine month multi-stakeholder study and report.

The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) is updating its 2006 Vermont State Rail Plan and expects the plan to be completed by the end of 2014.
An inventory of the state’s existing rail system has been completed and goals and objectives have been drafted. VTrans will seek public review of both topics at public information meetings planned for late March.

The all-day event will include poster presentations, workshops, technical assistance and the opportunity to engage with Agency staff members and municipal colleagues from across the state.
This course will familiarize decision-makers with grant funding available from the Federal and State levels of government to aid in addressing local transportation needs. With tight and competitive budgets, this course will
educate municipalities on available road money. The session will cover when applications are made available and due and will include a handbook with strong/weak applications and do’s/dont’s. The VTrans Orange Book will be used as the base for this course.
The registration fee is $30 per person. All workshop attendees will be invoiced for payment after the workshop, or payment will be accepted at the workshop via check. Please do not prepay in order for us to eliminate overpayment due to cancelled classes or cancelled registrants. Click here to register.
