Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, Mount Ascutney Hospital and Health Care, Valley Regional Hospital, and New London Hospital are inviting residents of local communities to share their thoughts about what health needs are most important in our communities, and to have a voice in the community health strategies of our local hospitals. The survey will inform each hospital’s community health programs and health classes over the next three to five years, while providing valuable information to our public health officials and other community organizations.
