The Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission invites members of the Selectboards and Village Trustees and members of the public to attend a RIVER public meeting, where TRORC and SLR will present a preliminary list of project ideas for Woodstock, Bridgewater, and Plymouth, with opportunities for participation and comment.
