Induction Cooktops

• Green Mountain Power offers a $200 rebate if you replace a fossil fuel cooktop with induction.

Clothes Dryers

• Efficiency Vermont offers up to $400 for Energy Star “Most Efficient” dryers with heat pump technology. They also offer $200 rebates for “hybrid” dryers (i.e. dryers with heat pump capability and an electric resistance heating element).

Washer & Dryer Combination Units

• Efficiency Vermont offers up to $400 for Energy Star washer/dryer combination units with heat pump technology.

Window Air Conditioners

• Efficiency Vermont offers a $100 rebate for Energy Star “Most Efficient” models.
• Federal tax credit for 30% of cost, up to $600.
