Notice is hereby given by the Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission of a Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing comments regarding issuance of a Determination of Energy Compliance for the Hartford Town Plan pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Section 4352. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, beginning immediately after the public hearings on the Town Plan approval and confirmation for Royalton, at the Bethel Town Hall, Bethel, Vermont.
The Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission has proposed that the Town of Hartford has met the enhanced energy planning requirements and shall issue a Determination of Energy Compliance.
